Need help developing a hypothesis and experiment based on a
relationship to oxygen to growth lab (basic micro lab using
thioglycollate, tsa agar plate and anaerobe boxes/gas packs as
media and four cultures including Pseudomonas fluorescens,
clostridium butyricum, Staphylococcus aureus, and enterococcus
faecalis) determining which are obligate aerobs, obligate anerobes,
facultative anaerobes, and aerotolerant. I need to design an
experiment with hypothesis, controlled variable, independent
variable, and dependent variable. Please help–thank you!Need help
